The project

Built to store, load, and keep moving.

Titan Fuels needed a working warehouse, not a showpiece. The building is a steel-framed structure with three overhead doors and covered parking for the company's service trucks.

Inside, spray foam insulation and metal liner panels keep the shell tight, and the open floor plan leaves wide aisles for pallet racking, totes, and forklift traffic.

Titan Fuels is one of the owners and operators we build for in South Texas. This site shows how we approach a working building: plan around daily operations first, then build to match.
