The project

A full court, a recovery room, and everything in between.

The Schwope Gym is a steel-framed building organized around a maple basketball court, with padded black walls, glass backboards, and ceiling fans moving air through a tall insulated space.

Off the court are a fitness area with rubber flooring and strength equipment, a recovery space with a tub and kitchenette, tiled restrooms, storage rooms with custom cabinetry, and a finished garage gym.

Outside, a ramp with cable railing leads to a covered entry. A project like this asks a general contractor to handle big-span structure and finish-level detail at once: steel, flooring, tile, and millwork all have to land together.
