The project

From steel studs to a finished front door.

The Milam Office is a single-story commercial building with limestone walls, a standing seam metal canopy, and a glass storefront entry. We photographed it at every stage of the build.

The gallery below follows the job in order: metal framing and insulation with crews working from scissor lifts, drywall and mechanical rough-in under an exposed roof deck, interior finishes with polished concrete and color-accented offices, and the completed exterior.

Following a building from the first stud to the last coat of paint is how we keep the schedule, the budget, and the quality in view at the same time.
